Seal Beach Pier

tonight my friends from work were nice enough to let me have the night off early . instead of coming home a little before 9 i got to come home at 6 . yayyyyy . so michio and i decided we better not just waste this daylight we have with each other by sitting at home watching tv . so michio came up with the idea that we should go fishing . .. what a surprise .. . lol .

i got an oreo cookie shake on the way and it was just so thick! it was a lot of hard work to suck it up .

my husband is such a gentleman . he found the perfect spot for me, right next to the side of the building that blocked all the wind =]

so you may be thinking .. . why did you take a picture of a bench ??

 well this is a very special bench . this is where we were sitting when michio stands up to bend down on one knee to ask me to marry him =]

later we walked over to the jetty

you can't really tell in this picture but a wave came up on the rocks perfectly to drench michio
